Amerisafe Deploys FirstBest to Increase Submission Volume and Throughput

Implementation of FirstBest UMS™ at AMERISAFE spanned seven months, followed by a two-month rollout.  Users in the carrier’s underwriting, sales and marketing departments, as well as its internal agency, have started to use the system.  AMERISAFE is now launching FirstBest UMS™, branded as Amerisafe “GEAUX,” and plans to roll it out to more than 2,000 agencies.  Once GEAUX is rolled out, AMERISAFE will be able to collaborate in real-time with its agent users via an online agent workspace with rapid upload, submission, and quote turnaround, all providing increased business transparency.
