Services include:

  • Business Case - A discovery and industry benchmarking study comparing your underwriting practices to industry benchmarks resulting in a list of recommendations. The Business Case is delivered by members of the Underwriting Knowledge Center.


  •  Step - A two-day onsite hands-on FirstBest UMS and Agent workshop for a select group of underwriters and agents that enables a carrier to simulate their new process with real business examples. By experiencing their new workflow, the carrier can accurately assess the value and benefits that FirstBest brings to the underwriters and their agents.


  • Implementation - A phased approach to successful systems implementation that delivers complete business and technical requirements gathering, FirstBest UMS/FirstBest Agent configuration and deployment architecture, and integration with carrier systems.


  • Education - Includes a complete training program for users of the FirstBest UMS and FirstBest Agent, including Underwriters, Managers, Program Managers, Agents (Producers and CSRs), and IT.
