- Gartner Group recognized Underwriting Workstations in three key 2009 insurance industry reports, naming FirstBest in each.
- The Agent-Carrier Connection was launched as a service to our customers, partners and industry colleagues. The Connection is an insurance news portal and forum, offering a library of industry articles, blog, and calendar of events.
