A personal highlight this year, which really illustrates the impact FirstBest is making in the industry, occurred a few months ago when I co-hosted a go-live celebration with one of our customers. When I arrived, I was swept up in an unforgettable level of energy. I found that not only had my co- founders and I realized our vision from years back, but that we were powering the visions of everyone in the room.
