The FirstBest Application FormReader (AppReader) enables data upload for agents and underwriters, regardless of agency management system, and without proprietary networks or transaction fees.

Support for all Agency Management Systems

  • Extracts insurance application data from forms, including  ACORD® forms, and creates an ACORD XML file or feed that can be imported into any carrier system.
  • Reads a PDF or TIFF image of a printed form (including ACORD), whether it was generated by an agency management system, or completed as a user-filled PDF.
  • Automatically receives, detects and processes ACORD forms from within email attachments or images faxed or emailed to the carrier.
